Starting in 2005, Jacquline Tobias has worked in the finance, mortgage, collection, credit, and tax industries. Within the industry, she witnessed the Great Recession. This not only impacted her, her family, and her job. This impacted her friends, neighbors, etc. Jacquline decided at that moment that she would better prepare herself, her family, and the people she would encounter so that even if they were affected, everyone would be better prepared. This would take many years of learning, work, and trial & error to help herself and others to be in a better financial position. This was tested with the occurrence of Covid and then Hurricane Ida. Even though there has been a struggle, Jacquline was able to recover along with those she has helped. Throughout her process, Jacquline realized that her Integrity was an important factor in why people entrusted their finances to her. She also felt strongly about sharing Knowledge because knowledge is power. When it comes to finances, no one likes surprises unless it is some unexpected money. Jacquline is Transparent and will answer questions and deliver what is expected and more. Quline Services serves its clients with Integrity, Knowledge, and Transparency.

In 2016, Jacquline Tobias made the decision to start Quline Services and has recently added Quline Financial Services so that more focus can be placed on the credit/financial/education for our clients. The need for financial stability for personal and business needs is even greater and Quline Services has helped many clients succeed even after many unforeseen events occur.
